ANALYSIS OF HOSPITAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM USING HUMAN ORGANIZATION FIT MODEL

Background: Hospital is a health care institution that provides public services for patients. It needs computerized information technology, example, hospital management system.Aims: This study was aimed at analyzing the implementation of system using human organization fit model Outpatient Department Sabang General Hospital.Methods: conducted from March-June 2020 cross sectional design. The study’s population managers, administration staff and workers hospital. sample size 106 respondents selected purposive sampling. used quantitative design in which data analysis done spearman correlation test with P-value =<0.05. independent variables were quality system, information, care. While dependent included user, user satisfaction organization. collected through questionnaire distributed to respondents.Results: did not have relationship (P=0.585), (P=0.541), (P=0.256). had user(P=0.004) (P=0.000), but it (P=0.132). user(P=0.000), (P=0.000) (P=0.000).Conclusion: Hospital, Aceh, improve HOT-fit model, especially system.
